Flex RobotCollaborative robots from Precise Automation, available in Cartesian, SCARA, and traditional 6-Axis articulated models, offer powerful vision-guided control in an extremely small size. Precise Automation's robots are fast and simple to set up, and are offered in several versatile configurations to fit the specific needs of a variety of demanding industries including life science, electronics, medical, and semiconductor.
Precise Automation’s collaborative robots can be used alongside human workers without requiring safety barriers. This saves factory floor space by decreasing workcell size and allows workers to access parts and equipment without stopping or slowing production. The robots are designed to limit collision forces, preventing damage to both users and equipment even if they collide at full speed.


Articulated RobotSince safety barriers are not required and users can access the robot workcell while still in operation, an environment is created where human workers can function side by side with robots safely and effectively. Automated workcells can be integrated into production lines previously operated completely by hand, saving space in the facility. All other required electronic components and controllers are embedded inside the robot structure, further reducing space and simplifying setup.


All robots from Precise Automation include their Guidance Controller, supporting powerful programming that integrates with their machine vision software. No further integration between controls, motion and vision is required during setup, allowing immediate robot programming out of the box. The controllers can contain up to four motor drives, all with compact designs that enable them to fit inside the robot’s structure. This also eliminates excess cabinets, cables and connectors outside the frame. The Guidance Controllers can control AC, DC and linear motors, and contain an embedded Web Server allowing access outside the plant.
