When

quality or design standard, production supervisors can be
assured of every part on every shift being blasted or peened
in exactly the same way with an Indexed Turntable Blast
Machine. Each blaster is equipped with 6 independently
rotating work stations on a table that itself rotates through
the cabinet, all in a satellite arrangement. The
cabinet is 4 feet by 4 feet in size, allowing for the
addition of more nozzles, or satellite stations depending on
the part size and configuration.
For operations requiring proof of process compliance such as
shot peening aircraft turbine blades, the cabinet's
document-able performance gives operation managers confidence
in the easy reporting.
A programmable controller can be installed to allow for
numerous adjustments such as making blasting pressure, part
rotation speed, nozzle oscillation speed, and media blasting
duration changes directly from the controller.
