SWEEP SYSTEMS
Recovering recyclable abrasive blast media in a blast room
operation significantly reduces consumption of the primary
contributor to cost in a blasting operation. HTE
Abrasive Blast Solutions offers many choices in recovery
systems.
BELT CONVEYOR RECOVERY SYSTEMS
Belt recovery systems are an economical means of
efficiently recycling abrasive media when a blasting
operation is moved indoors. These durable and rigged
systems are made to any length to match any size of new blast
room. Belt recovery systems include components like
recovery hoppers, floor grating, bucket elevator, and air
wash abrasive cleaner. Mounted into a trench in the
blast-room floor, these systems can be created into an H, L,
or U pattern.
LOW-PROFILE RECOVERY SYSTEM
For full area recovery, the Flat-Track System provides a
low-cost alternative to screw conveyor or inertial pan floor
designs. Powered by a pneumatic drive cylinder with up
to 440 pounds of force, rugged steel vanes easily push even
heavy metallic media well enough to keep up with 2 blast
operators working full-time, using 3/8" nozzles at 100
PSI.
HOPPER RECOVERY SYSTEMS
Maximizing media recovery becomes simple with either the
3 foot x 3 foot, or 2 foot by 2 foot hopper and bucket
system.
Always wear appropriate personal protection equipment when
operating machinery of any kind.
